Common questions
In an emergency
Call 911. The ride screen has a one-tap emergency button and a one-tap message to your chosen emergency contact.
Receipts
Every completed ride has a receipt in the app under Activity, with GST on its own line. You can e-mail it to yourself from there.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancelling is free until your team is on the way. After 15 minutes of waiting at pickup with no contact, the ride ends as a no-show and the base fare plus waiting time is charged.
Deleting your account
Open the app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. Ride history needed for tax and receipt records is kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy. You can also e-mail info@bemydd.co from the address on your account.
