Once your crew is on the way
C$15 + GST
Two drivers are already heading to you, so a fee of C$15.75 applies. Members get 3 of these free each month.
If we cannot find you

Your crew waits at the pickup and you get reminders at 5 and 10 minutes. After 15 minutes with no contact, the trip ends and the base fare plus waiting is charged.
