Safe for you, your vehicle and our drivers.

A safe trip home takes three things: a vehicle that is fit to drive, drivers we have checked, and being honest about what we cannot do.

Your part

Your vehicle

  • It is properly insured and safe to operate.
  • It has a working seatbelt for everyone riding, plus one for our driver.
  • You tell us when you book if it has a trailer, is large or oversized, or needs special handling.
  • You ride in it as a passenger and hand over the keys at pickup.

Our part

Our drivers

  • Every driver applies and is approved by us before taking a trip.
  • Their documents must be valid to go online, and so must the insurance and registration on the crew car.
  • Their location stays on for the whole trip. A driver who turns it off is taken offline.
  • Both drivers confirm the final pickup, so nobody is left behind.

The limits

What we cannot do

  • The service is for adults 19 and over.
  • We drive in Prince George, Thursday to Sunday nights.
  • We cannot carry more people than your vehicle has seatbelts for.
  • If a vehicle does not look safe or insured to drive, our driver stops and checks with our operations team first.
  • We are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
